Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be different, depending if you are located in UK Mainland or in Non-UK-Mainland:

~UK Mainland~

Orders placed before 12.30 on working days (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day; orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day, excluding weekends and holidays (e.g. if ordered on Friday after 12.30 p.m. the item will be dispatched on Monday).

You will see your orders arrive within 1-5 days. You can also choose timed deliveries and a Saturday service. If you need something urgently we would always suggest choosing the carrier next day service.PLEASE NOTE NORMAL CARRIER NEXT DAY DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS

~Non-UK Mainland~

This area includes: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Orkney Isles, Scottish Isles, and the Shetland Isles. Standard delivery rates do not apply in these areas.

Small orders can be dispatched via Royal Mail at the standard rates. Larger orders cannot be sent at the standard delivery rates. We cannot provide fire extinguishers to destinations outside UK Mainland due to legal restrictions.

Delivery prices are quoted on individual basis and at cost price to the customer. Feel free to contact us for a delivery quote (please specify the item and quantity) or place the order online and we will contact you if any additional delivery charges are applied to the order.


It is our policy to contact you if a product ordered is out-of-stock to explain the situation and provide an estimated dispatch date. We can provide an estimated delivery time of 1 week for most products that are out-of-stock.

If you do not wish to proceed with any order including shortages you can cancel your order easily.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns must be requested and you must mark the RAN number, which can be found on the packaging. You should send us an email to within 7 days notifying the return.

Our policy is to allow returns that meet the following conditions: you can return an item that does not match the one you have ordered, an item received damaged or faulty goods. You can return it within 7 working days in the same condition you received it and we will issue a full refund for the item and postage service.

Items ordered wrongly or not wanted is at your own cost. In case of used items, we can only accept their return if they are found to be faulty.Fire Alarm Panels

Where a fault occurs with such an item that is still under warranty you will need to purchase an advanced replacement. Such replacements are purchased on your behlf from the manufacturers and we generally request that they are shipped directly as a matter of urgency. We will also raise a return request for the manufacturer at the asme time so so we will require the faulty item to be returned as soon as possible. A credit will not be raised for the advanced replacement until we receive a report back from the manufacturers verfying a genuine fault has been investigated.

We do not accept returns of cable and similar items.

Distance Selling Regulations

Orders placed by phone or internet can be cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations. You have a statutory right to cancel your order and be full refunded for home delivery items (excluding the ones ordered in-store). This cannot be applied to personalised items; audio/ video recordings; perishable goods.
